How we use your data

The information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services, which may process limited data as part of their function:

• Formspree — processes and delivers the contact form submissions to our inbox. See Formspree's Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts — this site loads the Inter typeface from Google's servers, which may receive your IP address as part of that request. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Data retention

We retain messages for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, and delete them after 1 month.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and the right to data portability and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@aquadesign.studio.
